Usually to take admission in IIT Bombay Computer science in SC category you need a rank under 20.

According to previous year cutoff of IIT Bombay for SC category the cutoffs were like this-

Round 1- Opening- 3 , Closing- 20.

For Female (Opening- 60, Closing- 105)

Now, if you are an sc candidate, then for getting IIT BOMBAY your sc rank must be under 20, if you want computer science and engineering branch.
That means your CRL rank must be under 60 in jee advanced 2020 if you want computer science and engineering branch.
