Should not wprry a syou didnt qualify th ecutoffs in first round.

Chances good enough for college syou filled in Tgird round counselling.

You can also go for 4th round of counselling where chances high.

Maybe the colleges which you applied for had the closing ranks less than your rank. That's the probable reason for you not being alloted a college.

You can still try for the second round of counseling.
