what should I prefer if i am not getting required Branch at bits ? I have already secured admission at VIT in computer science?

VIT obviously. MHRD's ranking shows VIT is better than BITS. Plus it's the branch which matters (since you didn't get IIT anywax).

Don't think of MHRD 2017 ranking. Bits is much better than bit. But if you want to get into your preferred branch and you want to stick with that then you can also go with vit.
