Coming to your question I would like to give you advice that you should go for the mechanical branch in the MSU college than the pdpu as it is the government college while pdpu is a private college

Also the pdpu is one of the best college for petroleum engineering as ONGC comes their for placements and give a package of about 17 lakhs. So if you are getting petroleum engineering in that college then only go for that college otherwise the MSU is the best as it is government and it is good for the core branches also.
