In 2019 the level of question paper for NEET was considered very easy. Considering that the rank vs mark got increased significantly comparing other years. For 500 marks the all India rank was almost beyond 50,000. But previously for 2018 and 2017 500 marks made it to around 25,000 rank. So, it totally depends on the ease of the paper.

A 500 exact mark would have got you 53,471 rank in NEET 2019.
