hii ajit

students who have applied for MBA courses in BHU are selected on the basis of merit. The merit list are prepared on the basis of entrance exam(PET/SCS).

once the merit list are out, selected students are provided with call letters. The information about the same is relayed through an e-mail.The students are expected to download these call letters from the entrance test portal.

once call letter is downloaded ,the students need to fill in a preference entry form. The choices are to be made very carefully as they are taken into account while alloting a seat to a student.

After filling in the form, the students need to report for the counseling. The details of which are mentioned in the call letter. After reporting, the students are given a chance to communicate with the teachers present at the time of counseling. After talking to them,if a student feels the need to make changes in her/his entry form then she/he can do so.

once modified ,the printout of the same is taken and signed by the student. The signed copy along with the following documents are submitted for documents verification-

1) high school examination certificate and marksheet

2) graduation marksheet and certificate

3) marksheet of qualifying exam

4) migration certificate

5) transfer certificate

6) 10th class marksheet and certificate

7) PET/SCS admit card

8) category certificate,if applicable

9) sports certificate,if applicable

10) physical challege certificate,if applicable

After verification is completed, students are alloted a seat through a computer. After the allotment, students are expected to collect their provisional admission letter.

finally, students need to pay required admission fee in order to confirm the admission.

i hope this information helps you.

thank you
