i got 117 rank ( south ) in other state quota , 2020. can i get the seat in anna university. can we eligible for admission into private colleges through tnea 2020 counselling after closing the reserved seats ( after completion of south 12 seats )

Anna University has started the counselling procedure for other states' candidates. The last date to apply for the counselling was 7th July 2018.
