If you are enquiring about NEET 2020, with less than 26 days left for the exam, you should solely concentrate on what you have learnt until now. Buying new books and studying them now might be stressful at this stage. But if you are preparing for NEET 2021, MHRD did mention that the NEET 2021 syllabus will be reduced and revised.
