Since this is the first time that IPU has decided not to conduct CET for B.Tech courses and to take admission on the basis of JEE-MAINS exam, it is really hard to predict the cut offs because we don't have a reference here.
Though the cut off for good colleges such as MAIT, MSIT and Main Campus of GGSIPU is expected to go high somewhere between 20-40k, the new colleges included in IPU can take candidates having rank 100k or more.
Though it is just a guess and nothing could be said before the cut offs are released.
