with 2.3 lakh rank in jee mains and sc category. which ipu college can i get?

Hii mayank,
If you belong to SC category then you can get NITs of North india like NIT Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, etc. But you will not be able to get branches like CS, IT, ECE.
