Since this would be the first time IP University is taking admission on the basis of JEE-MAINS paper 1 merit rank, so nothing could be said accurately for that.
But most probably, with a rank of 45k in JEE MAINS, if you are a Delhi region candidate, then you can get Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology ( Formerly Northern India Engineering College ) or IT in BVP ( Bharati Vidyapeeth ).
You can also get admission in G.B.Pant or AIACTR.
