Both Universities are good in terms of academics. It's just about which college you will get.

If you get a top college in Delhi University like St. Stephens, SRCC, Hindu college or any college in the north campus then these colleges are better than Chandigarh University. You can consider Chandigarh University if you are not getting good colleges in DU.
