Both the college are good in their own way. Both have their respective features. Yes the placemt of BIT Lalpur is very good but it has high fees. Whereas IMED is really good college. The main advantage ofIMED is that it  in pune so it surely has some advantage. The faculty over here are high qualified & experienced. Placement is 80-90% every year. Highest package offere is around 14 lac p.a. The environment of pune is also very good & safe especially for girls.
So its ur choice, if Pune suits you then surely it is a better college. But BIT Lalpur is nevertheless at back.
