Hi Virat,
Hope you are doing well. RV College Of Engineering and MS Ramaiah Institute Of Technology, both are top institutions of Karnataka in which RVCE stands in first place. So if you have the choice of selecting either of RVCE or MSRIT, I would strongly prefer you to choose RVCE as the placements, especially for electronics and communication engineering is very good in RVCE when compared to MSRIT. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
