So, both the colleges are really good and the Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati is the best one when compared between these two. Since, it is a very old college with good reputation in Andhra Pradesh. Getting is a seat here is very difficult and don't let it go if you secure a seat. Also, the faculty are very much experienced and skilled as most of them are Phd holders. The placements are also pretty good for the branches like CSE, IT, ECE and in the CSE is of your interest. You can also prefer MITS, Madanapalle if you are not residing nearby and very well choose hostel facility in SV University. Being a government college, the certificate gives you a good value wherever you go for employment.
