Both colleges are more or less similar for bba .
Placement is average  in Bhai Parmanand Institute for bba as not many companies come for the selection but satisfactory number come and take the brilliant students who are deserving for the job. 
Companies like PWC, ICICI bank, and EY etc., usually visit  campus for placements in IITM. They offer an average salary package of 4 LPA to BBA students. However, this package may vary from student to student. college is working on the placement cell every year to make it more effective.
Now , that you are getting iitm , you should go for it.
