Which decent colleges take admission except through JEE Mains for CS branch?

Their are colleges like 

BITS 

VITEEE

MANIPAL

AMITY

IPU -CET

AMU which conduct their own entrance exam and some state and private colleges which give admission on basis of 12 th also.

But mostly all the good colleges give admission on basis of JEE mains.
