First of all, there is no comparison between the two. One is the state level entrance exam and other is the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. WBJEE, being a state level entrance exam give preference to the state students first. However, people from other states can apply but they will only get admission in private colleges or Jadavpur University. While for COMEDK UGET, candidates from PAN India can apply.
So, I believe that there is no point of comparison between the two.
