I am afraid NIT Trichy does not offer the course you mentioned and NIT Surathkal doesn't have b.tech transportation either. You can see the list of courses offered at NIT Trichy here: https://www.nitt.edu/home/academics/programmes/btech/

The list of UG courses provided by NIT Surathkal can be found here: https://www.nitk.ac.in/UG_Programmes

I am afraid you have to choose from the given list of courses if you want admission in these colleges.
