Comparing SurajMal,IPU and SLIET the best among these three in my opinion is IPU as it is an university and there are lot of good oppurtunities provided by this college,you have access to a lot of oppurtunities.

So you can go for Suraj mal and IPU but best is IPU so try getting in it.
