MBBS refers your entry to the arena of Medical Science where you would be dealing with the intricacies of Human Body whereas IISER would give you a chance to pursue your research career in the field that your aspire the most.
Not to mention, both of the careers are top notched with plethora of job opportunities, the sole decision is yours, whether to follow your passion or go with the herd.
To be a doctor or Scientist, both would require a lot of time to settle but once you are, none can pull you down.
