PRAJEET PANDIT , From some research on internet I found that both the colleges are best for CSE but if choose one then NIT Trichy is best because there is 100% placement for CSE and average package was 15 lakh per annum.

NIT Karnataka and NIT Trichy both are one of the TOP NITs of the country and every year they occupy the top 3 NITs rank, which keeps shuffling.

For CSE Branch, NIT Trichy is one notch better than NIT Karnataka due to varied labs and infrastructure. But, again NIT karnataka has one notch better placement statistics than NIT Trichy.

NIT Trichy has Mous with ISRO , DRDO , DTU and other research organizations which provide funds for projects. whereas, NIT Karnataka has more than 100 plus start ups. It has been home for New business minds .

So, As per your priorities you can make the decision.
