As per 2020 rankings of engineering colleges.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY SURATHKAL - 22
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JAIPUR - 37

But, apart from rank prospective, what matters more is your interest in the branch. This is wholly your decision, just go for the stream you are interested in, because this will be good for you in long-run. Both the branches are equally essential in their corresponding fields, so go with the one you find yourself interested in.
