There is not much to compare between MCM DAV under Panjab University, Chandigarh and Chitkara University for the course of BCOM. MCM is a very well established government  college in Chandigarh. It is ranked among the top colleges for pursuing BCOM and other graduation courses in Chandigarh. The faculty of MCM DAV is really good. It is based in Chandigarh and hence the exposure and other facilities are way better. Chitkara is a private  University and hence the faculty and other opportunities there don't match up to the ones provided by PU. The degree from PU will we definitely value more than a degree from Chitkara. Hence MCM will be a better choice is mostly all aspects.
