No, each and  every business school will conduct GD and PI. It's the basic rule of every Business school.
The colleges which do accept the students without any CAT, MAT entrance exams will even conduct group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI)
.
But there's nothing to worry in it,
Group discussion will be based on your basic knowledge and skills, the way you talk,  the way  you find solution and personal interview is based on your personal details.

Not even 1% should be worried or get tensed about it.Be confident and attempt them.

if you are going to take admission in any college GD is a very important part as it test your communication  and also it test your presence of mind. Also it checks your knowledge about the subject so if you take admission in MBA in any college there is almost zero probability that you get a college who do not conduct group discussion. MBA is anyways is all about skills and if you do not have communication skills then why would a company should hire you? so GD prepares the student it and it's the most important part and it's been connected in all the colleges.

Logically, GD & PI or at least PI should be part of selection for MBA.

But funny things do happen in India ( especially during MBA selection process ). For 2016–18 batch , JBIMS- Mumbai ( one of the top 20 B-Schools in India ) did not have a GD/ PI in the selection process. Even MAHCET hasn’t been conducting GD/PI for past few years.
