While going for BTech CS nowadays select the University which have good placement history. I think compared to the Universities mentioned in the question, Chandigarh University is the best of all Universities in the city also through out the country. Microsoft is recruiting students from that university last 3 years. This year itself more than 3000 engineers got placed from Chandigarh University. As far as i know LPU is known for mass placements in IT sector and average package is around 3LPA.Faculties are also not good according to reviews of students studying there.So i think you should go for Chitkara as it has good placement record when compared to LPU.
