Obviously you should go with the BITS Pilani rather than VIT CSE. There should not be any second thought to think about the BITS pilani because it itself is a unique institution which doesn't require any comment on his placement, infrastructure, study etc.

Thanks a lot for your feedback.What should we opt @ 297 marks ? Dual degree at BITS Goa OR E&I / Mech. @ BITS Hyderabad ?What are the chances of getting in to CSE from dual degree ?

I think you should go with Mech at BITS hyderabad campus that one is more better in comparison with all these.
