It is not like that Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU is not considered good university. IGNOU is run by the central government of India, and with total active enrollment of over 4 million students, claims to be the largest university in the world. It is just that IGNOU does not offer regular courses, otherwise for open distance learning courses IGNOU is top most choice for many students.
