Congratulations on your on rank And it is pretty good rank to get your ambition fulfilled. Last year the closing rank for Thiagaraja College of Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering for BC category has been around 4308. Since you have a rank more than 1k lower, it is likely that you can get the seat. All the best!!!
