About Bhattadev University, Bajali
Bhattadev University Bajali was established on 24 June, 2019. BU Bajali was upgraded from Bajali College which was established in 1955. The Bhattadev University was established by an Act of the State Legislature - Bhattadev University Act, 2017. Bhattadev University is named after an illustrious son of Assam, Baikunthanath Bhagavat Bhattacharya, popularly known as Bhattadev.
Bhattadev University offers various courses at undergraduate, integrated, postgraduate and doctoral levels. These courses include BA (Hons), B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc, MA, M.Com, Integrated MA, Integrated M.Sc, Integrated M.Com and Ph.D.
Admissions are offered based on merit and entrance examinations. Candidates should appear in CUET entrance examination for admission to UG and integrated courses and PGET entrance examination for admission to PG courses.
