Aditya College of Teacher Training, Millampalli, was instituted in the year 2016. The institute caters to teaching aspirants and is located in Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh. It is an NCTE-approved affiliated college with a focus in training teachers on its compact 1.2-acre campus. The total enrolment capacity will be 165 with co-educational facilities. Two full-time degree programmes at different levels of training, the faculty strength, and institutional focus toward assuring the right amount of personal attention to the institute has managed to keep the institute achieve its aim of delivering quality education.

Aditya College of Teacher Training has two courses in this discipline of learning. The college offers a B.Ed (two-year full-time course) and a D.El.Ed programme, which is also a two-year full-time courses. All the programmes have an intake of 100. This reflects that the institute can accommodate a large number of aspiring teachers. B.Ed is for secondary school teaching and D.El.Ed is for primary teaching. These courses are structured to create students with the appropriate pedagogical skills, subject knowledge, and practical experience required for effective teaching in diverse educational settings.

Admission into the college is strictly merit-based, as guided in the policy of the State Government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. Admission to the B.Ed programme is strictly through marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance test. In the same way, the selection procedure for the D.El.Ed programme would be based purely on merit, considering the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination or any other selection criteria prevailing per policies.
