Gurukul College of Education, established in 2012, is an affiliated rural situated college in Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. This co-educational institution specializes in teacher education programmes and is approved by NCTE. Gurukul College of Education admission process is based on merit, pertaining to the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college adheres to the policies of the state government, UT administration, or the affiliated university's policies concerning admission. Admission to the B.Ed. course shall be made on the basis of their performance in the qualifying test or by a duly constituted selection process. Similarly, the D.El.Ed course admits students on the basis of their academic merit in the qualifying examination or through an entrance test, subjects to the state government and the university.
