KIIT College of Education, Gurgaon, was started in the year 1969. This is one of the premier educational institutions functioning to train teachers in this part of the country. This affiliated college is situated on a 3-acre campus at Maruti Kunj, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The institute is accredited by NAAC and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. KIIT College of Education offers two regular courses: B.Ed and M.Ed, with a total enrolment of 210 students. The faculty has 25 members; hence, an optimum student-teacher ratio is maintained. Admission to KIIT College of Education is strictly based on merit, with marks obtained in the qualifying examination and entrance examination, as per the policy prescribed by the state government and the university. The eligibility criteria for the course of B.Ed. are that candidates should have passed their graduation. For the M.Ed. course, they have to pass the master's degree after graduation.
