Degree Wise Admission Process

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): The capacity of the B.Ed course at Maa Vidya Devi College of Education is 100 seats. The B.Ed program will be offered under merit-based admissions depending on qualifying examination mark and/or marks obtained in entrance. The B.Ed total fee of IBS is Rs 64,000. The candidate shall be eligible to join with only completion of a graduation or equivalent degree.

D. El. Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D. El. Ed program has 100 seats with a total fee of Rs 65,000. Similarly, entry to this program is merit-based and measured by qualifying examination marks obtained in either entrance or qualifying exam. Those candidates whose higher secondary education (10+2) has been attained are eligible for applying for the D.El.Ed course.

D.Ed (Diploma in Education): The college conducts a D.Ed program of 50 seats. The admission criteria for this program are similar merit-based that apply to the B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses. Candidates who have completed their higher secondary (10+2) are eligible to apply for the D.Ed course.

The college also offers BA, B.Sc (Maths), B.Sc (Biology), and B.Com undergraduate programs, with an approved intake of 60 seats each. Entry to the program is based on merit derived from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2) from an approved board.
