Eligibility Criteria

There are certain prerequisites before joining the Certificate Course Animation Technology by MIC. An applicant must have passed the 10+2 class. Students who have a diploma in any engineering stream from the central/state government can also apply for the course. Applicants should be proficient in mathematics and possess good communication skills. Knowledge of computers will also prove helpful in implementing the learnings of the program.

Furthermore, eligibility for certification depends on factors like assignments, attendance, and performance in examinations. Students will be assessed based on assignments for every subject. Also, 40% marks in internal assessment and 75% attendance are compulsory to appear for the exam that will be held at the end of each subject. Step 2 – Locate the ‘Apply Now’ button on this webpage and click on it. A registration form will appear on the screen.

Step 3 – Fill out this form by providing your basic details, choose the certificate option in the ‘Program Level Applying For’ drop-down. Then, select ‘Media and Communication as the stream and finally choose Certificate Course Animation Technology. Tap on ‘Register’ to submit this form. You will be redirected to a page with a ‘Thank You’ message saying a verification link is sent to your email address.

Step 4 – Now open your registered email inbox and open the message received from MIC. Click on the verification link to reach your account’s dashboard page.

Step 5 – At this page, you will be able to see the Certificate Course Animation Technology online application form option. Click on the ‘Apply’ button to proceed further.

Step 6 – Fill out the application form and preview it carefully at the end before submission.

Step 7 – At the payments section, click on ‘Make Payment’ to open the payment gateway. Now, securely pay the application form fee. Your online application shall now be submitted to the Manipal Institute of Communication.

Application Details

The application form for the Certificate Course Animation Technology is divided into seven sections which appear on the screen one-by-one when you hit the ‘Next’ button. The first one is ‘Category Details’, which requires you to specify your category and subcategory. The next section is ‘Applicant details’ where you have to upload scanned copies of your signature and photographs. Also, you need to enter your details, including name, Date of Birth, email ID, gender and nationality.

In the next section, you must provide your ‘Parent or Guardian Details’. These include full name, email ID and mobile number.
