PSY College of Education is a self-financing college for teacher training started in the year 2009 in Arasanoor, Sivagangai district of Tamil Nadu. This co-educational institute situated in a campus of 6.63 acres is an affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Given its emphasis on developing professionals of tomorrow, PSY College of Education provides a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme with the school’s total enrollment capacity of one hundred and sixty-seven. The college has eleven faculties, all committed teachers to provide the focus and training that prospective teachers deserve.

PSY College of Education seeks to assure a well rounded education coaches the learner in all aspects with all the necessary amenities. PSY College of Education offers one full-time course, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme can be defined as. This specialised two-year programme of study is intended to produce competent professional teacher candidates for all teaching disciplines; this programme has an approved capacity of one hundred (100) students intake. Educational papers offered in the B.Ed course at PSY College of Education are diverse and include elements of pedagogy, educational psychology and teaching strategies. The admission policy of the college provides that it follows the guidelines set down by the state government, the UT administration and the affiliated university. Selection to the course is based on merit and marks scored in the entrance examination and/or the qualifying examination. The college may also use other methods of recruitment in operation at the time of the selection.
