Rasiklal M. Dhariwal College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2003, and it is affiliated in Pune, Maharashtra. This co-education college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and specialises in the pharmaceutical education sector. The college is built over a small 0.3673-acre campus to provide a focused learning atmosphere to students who aspire to be pharmacists. With a total student enrolment of 68 and a faculty strength of 8, the institute ensures personal attention and quality education. 

The Rasiklal M. Dhariwal College of Pharmacy has a variety of facilities which ensure that students get the maximum out of their learning experiences. Catering to this need is the well-equipped computer centre with a high-configuration number of systems connecting through a centralised LAN to cater to the students with the tools necessary for project work and research. Training in practical aspects in the college is imparted by the advanced laboratories, which have binocular microscopes, drug extractor assemblies, soxhlet apparatus, to name just a few of the modern instruments. The college campus is enabled with Wi-Fi connectivity to keep the students attached to the web.

The college at present runs one course, a Diploma in Pharmacy (d.pharm.). It is a 2-year full-time programme with an approved intake of 60 students. The design of the programme is meant to have students equipped with full and broad knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences and practical competencies, thus enabling them to take part in decision-making in a pharmacy set-up.

Admission to diploma pharmacy course is made through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) carried out by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai. By this coring system, fair opportunities have been provided to every student so as to get considered accordingly. Students aspiring to pursue the D.Pharma programme have to partake in the CAP process in order to secure a seat.
