The college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment's. The facilities in our classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centers and canteen are well maintained. The classrooms are well lighted and clean.
Academics
The academics here is good. On the scale of 5, I will give 3 stars for academics. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. The study here doesn't makes us job ready but it'll make us educated.
Placements
The placements here are very poor and the students were not placed through the campus. The college is only good for education and degree certificate but not for placements. The college doesn't provide any kind of placement training as many students here are concentrating for the competitive exams.
Campus Life
The campus life is good. The campus is well structured and well maintained. The college has all the facilities like canteen and the staff are supportive towards the students. The college location is good and the college campus is safe and ragging free.

The infrastructure of my college is pretty decent. The hygiene is properly maintained in all the classes, the air conditioners are also in working condition. The drawbacks are that there is limited connectivity to food outlets and cinemas. The washrooms are not well maintained rest the classrooms are clean and tidy.

The professors of the college are specialized in their respective fields and always seek to assist students in which ever way possible. They also provide guidance to us for better future planning after the college. But few of the professors aren't good with the teaching stuff , rest of the professors are great with their work.
Placements
The placement cell of my college is quite active and always seek to bring many companies in the college for recruitment. But the college hasn't been able to recruit larger company with higher lpa to the campus placement.
Campus Life
The campus is pretty huge and maintained. I enjoy the greenery which is well taken care of by the gardeners of the college. But the college location is a main issue as it is located near the begumpur village there is less places for outing and the outside campus life is not that great. The travel expense to come to the college is also high.

For me, It's a decent experience, but if you are getting a better opportunity than this, I will suggest you should go for it. For students who are into studies, this college might suit you well. This college is an average college as per me and might seem overrated but it is good to go with.

I am studying electronics because there is a high scope in future to rise in this field . The quality of teaching is good as per me , it can be better .There is no fixed time table , for classes or for breaks , it goes as per the teacher .

Neta ji subhas University of technology has a quite good infrastructure all gha basis are equally covered in this college as well as all the blocks are properly well maintained just like the academic block. All the classroom are great and very much adequate and equipped with the smart boards projects as well as normal writing boards also.

Academic wise there are very strict academic in this college and the attendance is taken very strictly if you fail to maintain 75% attendance in each of the subject you will get detained and will not be allowed to give exam.
Placements
Placements in nsut are far better as compared to the other college but still due to the recession the placements in nsut also took a hit but still many of the students able to bag a fair amount of package in placements

We also have two computer labs in our department.

In our department one can get best quality education. Professors are very friendly (except few) and also seniors are very helpful.There is also a departmental library. We can borrow books from there in free of cost. Overall best education experience.

Jadavpur University is prolifically known for its placement records. From our department there are hundred percent placement in last consecutive two years. Many companies come for placements like TATA STEEL, LIA MOTORS, CATARPILLER, PWC, JSW etc.
