Established in 2007, Savitri Devi Memorial College of Education, Rajound is a co-educational college looking for the development of future teachers. It is an affiliated college located at Kaithal district in Haryana. The area is around 2 acres, and the campus is conducive for studying and further development. It has already received recognition from NCTE, Jaipur, and the institute is putting in efforts to maintain higher standards of education. The total intake being 364 students, the faculty strength has grown to 11 to meet individual needs for quality education. The admission pattern to Savitri Devi Memorial College of Education for different courses is according to different criteria. For B.Ed, admission will be done by Kurukshetra University or Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, or as per the state government university norms. Selection would depend upon the merit of the qualifying examination. Admission to D.Ed is governed by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, SCERT Gurgaon. Merit in the qualifying examination, therefore, is considered at this institution.
