Excellent infrastructure after the renovations are finished. The campus is compact but lovely, with all the necessities including large classrooms, hygienic restrooms, laboratories, a library, and student housing.
Because SBR College has a reputation for having excellent education, I was studying Bcom there. The college used to be regulated by Khallikote University, and the curriculum is extremely current. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and encouraging.
Although the placement rates are above average, there is still room for improvement. About 30–40% of students get placed, and very few companies visit campuse for recruitment drives. The highest pay scale that was provided was 3LPA.
Apart from everything else, the nicest thing about SBR institution is its affordable education, which I paid roughly 9,500 rupees for a three-year Bcom programme.
During my graduation period, the entire campus was under construction, and the buildings were being renovated. The infrastructure is now in a very excellent condition with AC classrooms, galleries, Labs, medical facilities, and sports facilities.
The teaching at the time I was a BA English student was mediocre because there were not enough teachers to go around. Although guest lecturers taught the majority of the classes, the curricula were sound and up-to-date.
Because there was no placement cell on campus at the time, placement opportunities were extremely limited. Students relied heavily on off-campus placements, and some chose to pursue higher education in their respective fields.
For the three-year BA programme, I paid 9,000 rupees, and I believe my investment was worthwhile.
The classroom were completely manual. The development was going on so smart board, wifi were not available. Extra curricular activities were also very few. Hostel facilities was also okay okay. The surrounding and environment was good.
The academic activities were completely manual. They used to provide few materials rest we followed books. Lab was good as experiments were conducted and for practical subjects lab activities as well as viva carried out.
No opportunity for placement. Being a science student and that too graduation only no company or institution came for hiring. May be with passage of time the development will take place. The students will get more opportunities in upcoming days.
Money paid for the course is very reasonable. Only a small amount was paid and in addition to that extra examination fee was only paid. Rest no need of paying anything extra.
From my personal experience I was staying outside the campus. So only during classes I used to go to college. The time spent in classes or in campus was good. Surrounded by friends made it more good.
