Shri Taijal Teacher Training College is an affiliated college in Sikar Rajasthan is also run under the conformity of the regular teacher educational stream. This co-ed college has been preparing future educators for more than 10 years after it started in 2008. Located in a small area of one acre and eighty six decimals, it is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to meet the norm set by the country in teacher education. The college has 193 students and the faculty of 15 which indicates our college has a good strength of student teacher ratio and providing personalised attention to the students and quality education.

Shri Taijal Teacher Training College has installed several facilities that would improve the learning environment of the students enroled in the college. A well-arranged furniture of the library acts as a centre supply books on all kinds of issues of science, geography, history and religious contents. The reading room helps the students to develop reading habits, and at the same time which act as a blessing to the teaching staff. This college offers a focused curriculum, which includes general education with its main programme being Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). The course is a two-year full course with an approved capacity of one hundred students in order to retain the quality of the college while satisfying the demands for teachers. The B.Ed programme aims at preparing teachers who are capable to address various issues that are fundamental in classrooms, and introduce most needed competencies in teaching that are crucial in improving the teaching and learning process.

The admission criteria of Shri Taijal Teacher Training College is also merit- based depending on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
