Sishu Bikash College of Education, established in 2010, is one of the prime teacher-training colleges situated in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. This co-educational college provides future education teachers on a compact campus of 0.9301 acres. The institution has been permitted by the National Council of Teacher Education to conduct two specialised courses: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. Sishu Bikash College of Education has a total student enrolment of 196 and a faculty strength of 31, which has maintained an excellent student-teacher ratio, ensuring personalised attention and quality education.

The admission process to Sishu Bikash College of Education is based on merit. In the case of a B.Ed. course, admission shall be made as per the candidate's performance in the qualifying examinations.
