Sri Sanjeev college of Education, Lingasugur was established in the year 2017 with a purpose to provide teacher education to the students. This affiliated college is present at Raichur, Karnataka, which is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college occupies a small piece of land of five acres and in the best position to provide the necessary atmosphere for learning and development. It means its student enrolment is 99 and faculty ratio is 11:01, which illustrates the institute gives proper attention to its students and the students also interact closely with each other as well with the faculty.

This two year programme has an approved intake of fifty students This is in- line with the intakes made by the college due to its policy of ensuring that class sizes are kept manageable in order to provide quality education. The course specified and described for B.Ed is to empower the student teachers with skills to fit in teaching profession successfully.
