Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme sanctioned intake for admission is 100 at Stanley College of Education. Stanley College of Education admission to the B.Ed programme is strictly by merit, either on the basis of the marks received in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Admission will be carried out in accordance with the policies laid down by the state government, UT Administration and the respective affiliated universities. Candidates who hold bachelor's degrees in appropriate fields are eligible to submit an application for the B.Ed programme.
The Master of Education (M.Ed) programme allows admission for 50 students. Stanley College of Education admission process is analogous to that of B.Ed. and is mostly merit-based for selection. The candidates perform on the basis of the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection process enumerated in accordance with the policies of the state government, university, or UT Administration. The candidates should not have less than a B.Ed or equivalent degree for M.Ed.
