This course covers the foundations of nanoparticle science and colloids, with applications of these topics presented whenever possible. The Colloids and Surfaces syllabus includes the introduction and characterization of colloids, electrical double layer interactions, polymer interactions, electrokinetics and particles at interfaces, etc. 

‘The Trace and ultra-trace analysis of metals using atomic absorption spectrometry’ is a free online course of the National Program for Technology Enhanced Learning(NPTEL) and is developed and offered by the Indian Institute of Science(IISC) Bangalore. This  AICTE approved course is provided on the Swayam online education portal for the students and professionals involved in the domain of chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, and civil engineering.

This faculty development program is conducted for eight weeks by the course educator Dr. J R Mudakavi, a former faculty member of the department of chemical engineering in IISC Bangalore.
