SPSAT Exam 2024: Application Form (Released), Eligibility, Process, Pattern, Admit Card, Result

Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur has released the SPSAT 2024 application form. Candidates who wish to apply for SPSAT 2024 exam can fill the application form at spsu.ac.in. As per SPSAT eligibility criteria 2024, aspirants should have passed class 12 or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50 % marks to be eligible for admission.

While filling out the application form, candidates are also required to pay registration fee of Rs. 1200. Only those candidates who complete the SPSAT 2024 registration before the deadline will be eligible to appear for the entrance exam.

Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur, conducts the Sir Padampat Singhania Admission Test (SPSAT) for admission to various programmes including BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, etc. Candidates need to book their examination slot as per the given schedule on the official website. The eligible candidates who submit the application form will be allowed to take the SPSAT 2024 exam. Candidates are allowed to take a second attempt if they are not satisfied with their performance in the first attempt. Candidates simply need to pay the application fee again and book the slot to appear for the second attempt. The process is completely online. A confirmation email is sent to the applicant’s email address mentioning the slot details. The University various UG and PG programmes through its School of Engineering, School of Management, and School of Basic Sciences & Humanities.

SPSAT B.C.A. Eligibility Criteria

As per the eligibility criteria of SPSAT 2024 for BBA admissions, candidates are required to have passed 10+2 in Science, Arts or Commerce from a recognised board (Preferably above 60 percent).

The admission to all programmes will be done through SPSAT exam. The School of Management of the University offers BBA (General) and BBA (Tourism & Hospitality Management).

SPSAT M.B.A Eligibility Criteria

To apply for SPSAT MBA 2024 test, candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognised University (more than 60  marks are preferred).

Eligible candidates need to appear for MBA 2024 exam as all the admissions are done through the entrance test.

SPSAT B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

As per the eligibility criteria of SPSAT B.Tech 2024 exam for admissions to all B.Tech programmes, candidates are required to have passed 10+2 in Science from a recognised board (Preferably above 60 percent).

The admission to all programmes will be done through SPSAT exam.

The School of Engineering of the University offers B.Tech programme in various specialisations such as Biotechnology, Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.

SPSAT M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The University offers various specialisations in M.Tech programme and the eligibility is different for each programme. Let's check the eligibility for all specialisations one by one.

Biotechnology - Candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering or equivalent as a regular student from a recognized University.

Computer Science & Engineering - Graduation in CS&E or Electronics & Communication or equivalent. Also, candidates with M.Sc in Electronics or Physics or Mathematics or Computer Science or MCA from a recognised university.

Electronics & Communication Engineering - Graduation in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent or M.Sc. in Electronics or Physics from recognised University.

Electrical Engineering - Graduation in Electrical Engineering or equivalent or M.Sc. in Electronics or Physics from recognized University.

Mechanical Engineering - Graduation in Mechanical/ Production Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.

Civil Engineering - For Environmental Engineering, B.E / B.Tech or AMIE in Civil / Chemical Engineering / Ceramic Engineering. Technology / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Mining / Environmental / Bio-Chemical Engineering / Bio-Technology.

For Structural Engineering, Graduation in Civil Engineering or equivalent/ M.Sc. in Civil as a regular student from recognized University.

Mining Engineering - Graduation in Mining Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.

For admissions to any of the M.Tech specialisation, candidates need to appear for SPSAT M.Tech 2024 exam.

SPSAT M.C.A. Eligibility Criteria

As per the eligibility criteria of SPSAT MCA 2024, candidates must have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university (preferably above 50 percent). Also, candidates must have studied mathematics as a compulsory or optional subject either at 10+2 or graduation level.

SPSAT M.Sc. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Graduation degree in Science with Physics as one of the major subjects with minimum 50 percent marks in aggregate in order to apply for SPSAT M.Sc 2024 exam.

Candidates who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria of SPSAT M.Sc. 2024 cannot apply for the exam.

The application form of SPSAT 2024 is available in online. The application fee is common for all the courses i.e Rs. 1200. Candidates can pay the fee online through credit/debit card and net banking. The application form filling process for SPSAT 2024 include the following steps:

• Visit admissions.spsu.ac.in.
• Complete the registration process by submitting basic details such as name, email id, mobile number etc.
• Once registration is done, login to the portal and fill out other personal and academic details.
• Next, upload the required documents as per specification.
• Finally, pay the application fee.

Application Fees

For every programme, the University will conduct a separate SPSAT exam. However, the exam pattern would be same for all the exams. The duration of SPSAT 2024 will be 60 minutes (1 hour). The test will have 40 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) carrying 1 mark each. Each exam will be divided into multiple sections. The sections will vary with the course. There is no negative marking in the exam.

As per the exam pattern of SPSAT B.Tech 2024, the entrance exam will be divided into four sections - Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English. The students who opt for B.Tech in Biotechnology will get Biology instead of Maths in the exam.

• Each section will have 10 questions and the type of questions will be only Multiple Choice.
• The duration of the exam would be 1 hour (60 mins) and the total number of questions would be 40.
• There is no negative marking in the exam. So, candidates can attempt as many questions as they can.

SPSAT M.Tech Exam Pattern

As per the exam pattern of SPSAT 2024 M.Tech exam, the test will have 40 multiple choice questions (MCQ) to be solved in a duration of 60 minutes. The questions will be asked from the respective disciplines. The test will have four sections.

SPSAT M.C.A. Exam Pattern

As per the exam pattern of SPSAT MCA 2024, the test will be divided into four sections - Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge, and English Language.

Each section will have 10 questions and the type of questions will be only Multiple Choice.

SPSAT M.Sc. Exam Pattern

As per the exam pattern of SPSAT M.Sc 2024 given on the official website of the exam, the duration of the test will be 1 hour (60 minutes).

The test will have a total of 40 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question will carry 1 mark. There is no negative marking.

The questions will be based on the subjects related to your Graduation studies.

The University provides the mock test or sample question papers for each SPSAT exam on its official website. Solving the mock tests is the best way to prepare for the exam. Candidates can simply visit the website to download the official mock test of SPSAT 2024. Usually, each exam has 4 sections and each section has 10 MCQs. It's a time-bound test of 60 minutes. Candidates need to solve all the question in the given time frame.
