Please mention your OBC rank and state you belong to as the cut off is in the form of rank. In 2019 the cut off rank for NIT, Meghalaya for admission to CSE was 6451 and for Civil it was 10498  under other state quota and for NIT, Agartala it was 5878 (CSE) and 10325(Civil)  under other state quota.
