You have cleared the last year MMS cut-off in both the exams. So, you have a good chance of getting a call and convert it. Actually, this MMS program is governed by DTE even your score will be scaled by the DTE.

For Maharashtra state candidates:

Admission is through CAP counselling based on the rank obtained in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET Exam (Maharashtra MBA/MMS Common Entrance Test).

For all India Candidates:

Admission is through CAP counselling based on the rank obtained in GMAT/ CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAH-MBA/MMS-CET Exam (Maharashtra MBA/MMS Common Entrance Test).

Admission to candidates of a foreign nation, children of NRI/ Overseas Citizen of India / Person of Indian Origin, children of Indian workers in the Gulf is based on the marks obtained in graduation.

So, you will need to keep checking the DTE site in order to see the update of the application and when the admission procedure will start. There is as such no fixed date now but notification will be released by DTE soon.
