after having diploma in pharmacy from IGNOU or other university ....can we apply for license... Or a diploma holder in pharmacy can open their own medical store

Yes . A d.pharm can get there licence after passing diploma . They have to do practical traning in hospitals and after traning they collect there certificate and all documents form the college .
Go to state council and apply for licence.

And you can also open a medical store after completing your diploma. There is mentioned that which student are pass from the AICTE, PCI approved and UGC granted institute. They can apply for opening there own medical store . So a certified/registered pharmacist and open a medical shop.
