Yes , It is totally worth writing the HSEE(Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination ) exam if you want BA Economics Hons in IIT Madras , IIT Madras is one the best college /IIT in India they have a very good faculty as well as world class education plus you will also get the Brand tag of IIT.
